A: This really depends on how fast you panic! UNSPEAKABLE is one of the most detailed haunted attractions in South Florida and we suggest you take your time to see everything.
A: This changes from night to night. We recommend that you purchase your tickets online! Through our advanced online TIMED TICKETING SERVICE. This allows you to walk right into the line for the attraction instead of having to wait to purchase your tickets on-site and then have to wait to go through the attraction.
A: TIMED TICKETING SERVICE is a system that ALL tickets purchased through in a time slot availability of your chose. EX: Tickets will be sold in one hr. slots (8:30-9:30) A LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS WILL BE SOLD FOR EACH TIME SLOT.
A: IN ORDER TO REDUCE WAIT TIMES, YOU MUST ARRIVE DURING THE TIME SLOT INDICATED ON YOUR TICKET. IN THE EVENT YOU ARRIVE AFTER YOUR ALLOTTED TIME SLOT, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO JOIN THE NEXT AVAILABLE TIME SLOT THAT IS NOT SOLD OUT. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU HAVE TICKETS FOR THE 8:00-9:00 TIME SLOT AND ARRIVE AT 9:10, YOU WILL BE PLACED IN THE NEXT TIME SLOT HAVING AVAILABILITY (NOT NECESSARILY THE NEXT TIME SLOT).- IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY, YOU WILL STILL BE PLACED IN YOUR TIME SLOT FOR ENTRY.
A: NO! UNSPEAKABLE is a very dark attraction and everyone especially the actor’s eyes adjust to the low light. When you flash your camera or video you are temporarily blinding the eyes of the actors. This will result in immediate ejection from the attraction with NO REFUNDS!!!! No recording, flash photography, flashlights or laser pens are permitted in the haunted houses. There will be photo ops outside of the haunt for your convenience FREE of charge. If you are media related please contact us so that arrangements and photos ops can be arranged.
A: Yes, our actors will come close and touch to enhance the scare, our actors are highly trained and professional. They will not touch you inappropriately.
A: NO, Except that we recommend that you do not wear white or expensive clothing. During your journey it is possible that you might inadvertently or accidently come in contact with one of our performers or a prop or decoration that has make up or stage blood on them. While it is all water soluble, it is more practical to avoid this type of clothing.
A: Normally, patrons go through in groups of 5. This is to enhance your experience, unlike major theme park conga lines.
A: No, Costumes and masks are NOT permitted due to safety concerns.
A: YES! The haunted attraction goes through more upgrades and changes than any other haunted attraction around! Detail, animatronics, new sets, and new technology are added each year to insure that UNSPEAKABLE stays one of the scariest haunts in the South Florida area.
A: UNSPEAKABLE will stay open rain or shine. In the unlikely event of server storms, bad weather or hurricanes, UNSPEAKABLE does shuts down for safety reasons, all tickets will be able to be redeemed on the next night opened.
A: UNSPEAKABLE has a fully trained security staff that keeps watch over you. We also have Detailed Officers / Sheriff Department each night for added security measures.
A: Yes, “wanding" is the process of manually scanning a person for metallic objects on their person with a "wand" that squeals when in proximity to electromagnetically "reflective" or metal objects possibly hidden under a person’s clothes. This insures the safety for all.
A: YES! We do not tolerate vulgar language, pushing, inappropriate behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, drugs, etc. This is done for your safety and the safety of our workers. If warned and the problem proceeds, the guest will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund and sent home [possible in a body bag]
A: YES, if Security or POLICE feel you are in any way acting inappropriate or intoxicated, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED in the attraction and asked to leave.
A: NO, however due to the graphic nature it is not recommended for small children. While children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, there will be no refunds after a ticket is purchased and a patron has entered the Attraction for ANY REASON. We have had young children go through and have a great time and adults who go through and are in tears and shock, you’re the parent, and you be the judge.
A: Sorry, Pets are NOT Permitted and sorry not even dogs. We are animal lovers, but it is just not a place for them as our sets can be a danger to animals and we want to keep them safe.
